For over a decade, he was part of a renowned law firm in Rio de Janeiro, specializing in judicial litigation, working on complex civil disputes, as well as cases in public, tax, and regulatory law.
For four years, he also worked at a firm specializing in complex patent litigation, assisting in the development of litigation strategies in various sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and maritime.
He has extensive experience in civil and business disputes, having represented domestic and international clients in strategic discussions on regulatory issues related to energy, telecommunications, oil and gas, and mining, also handling administrative proceedings before government agencies at federal, state, and municipal levels.
Author of the master’s thesis “Sistema de Transporte Rodoviário, Interestadual e Internacional de passageiros no Brasil: concorrência, falhas de governo e reflexos regulatórios” (School of Law of Fundação Getúlio Vargas, 2019).
