Practices in civil litigation, business disputes, and arbitration, with experience in drafting court submissions, contracts, and legal memoranda, as well as conducting legal research to support litigation and arbitration strategies.
Has participated in matters involving debt recovery, judicial reorganization proceedings, and corporate law disputes, providing support in case management, legal research, and the handling of complex litigation.
Prior to joining Dickstein Advogados, gained experience at the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Justice and the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro, working on civil, consumer protection, and public registry matters.
